THE BLACKROCK ANALYST PROGRAM

The Analyst Program is a global program designed to acclimate and train new college graduates joining the firm [who have recently graduated college] for a long-term career with BlackRock. New hires begin their careers as analysts and take part in a two-week orientation in New York to build a common knowledge base, prepare for their role at BlackRock and create a global peer network. Analysts hear from experts on a variety of topics including business fundamentals, BlackRock culture, strategic priorities and leadership principles. They also participate in activities to foster team building, professionalism and best practices. Once the orientation concludes, BlackRock provides ongoing training and professional development throughout the first two years of the program.

THE BLACKROCK SUMMER ANALYST PROGRAM

Our 10-week Summer Analyst Program is designed to provide students a challenging, meaningful and supportive internship experience that replicates as closely as possible the experience of being a full-time BlackRock analyst. Intern orientation offers a thorough overview of the firm and includes a speaker series featuring many of BlackRock's senior leaders. Following orientation, interns receive on-the-job training and are given day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to assigned teams throughout the summer. The program also includes a team portfolio challenge, innovation challenge (hackathon), mentoring, and networking opportunities. BlackRock invites our most successful summer interns back to join our Analyst Program for a full-time position.
