What We Do

The COO teams and Executive team are responsible for business management, strategy, and analytics for the Client Businesses. These teams engage with the leaders of each client business to drive key initiatives. These teams work closely with internal partners including Investments, Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and coordination of critical projects internally. Additionally, these teams are responsible for monitoring results, allocating resources and implementing metrics-driven sales execution to manage our business. The COO teams form the “connective tissue” of their business.

What You’ll Do

As an analyst on one of these teams, your responsibilities may vary by team, but could include:

  • Support on-going performance reporting to senior leadership
  • Build and present sophisticated, insightful analytics on strategic initiatives an internal business operations
  • Compile and analyze results and trends across each business
  • Participate in and support the project-management of strategic initiatives, including the enhancement of the overall sales management process
  • As necessary, support the COO team in other areas including preparation of strategic plans, metrics, reporting, cross-business initiatives and process redesign
  • Partner with Finance in the annual planning cycle (budgeting/forecasting)
  • Draft executive-level presentations and talking points for senior leaders to use with internal colleagues and clients
